If you are driving with a BAC of 0.15 to 0.20 you will be charged with an Extreme DUI. You could receive not only fines and jail time, but you may even lose your license.
If you have driven within two hours of having a BAC of 0.20 or higher, you will be charged with a Super Extreme DUI. The penalties for a Super Extreme DUI are similar to an Extreme DUI, but more severe.
For this type of DUI, the government must prove that you were driving impaired by alcohol, drugs, or chemical altering vapors. Your BAC is irrelevant for this infraction
This DUI is assigned when the driver is proven to have a BAC of 0.08 or higher within two hours of driving. Due to public awareness of DUI Laws, this is the most famous DUI charge.
